Issue: - Gas is flowing to the burners normally - Burners are not electronically sparking/igniting - Guests can currently light the burners manually, but we need the ignition repaired - Make/model can be provided once confirmed We would like someone to attend as soon as possible this week, diagnose the fault and repair it where possible during the same attendance. Too close to newly installed aircon as I was told, so need to move gas connection about 3m alongside outdoor wall. Currently unused and only functions as backup if there’s an issue with the electric HWS. System has a dual cylinder setup which is not needed anymore: one’s enough. Gas pipe goes into house and comes out again where gas HWS is, there’s never and unused pipework also to upstairs BBQ area. Plan is to move connection and cylinder right underneath the gas HWS system. Cheers

Inspect gas leak and quote for part replacement

The hot water is not working to the kitchen tap. Alsothe gas stove top is not getting any gas to it. Hoping to get fixed this weekend if possible other wise next weekend at the latest

We have an Everdure 4-burner gas cooktop in our townhouse and the gas pressure/flame from the burners is currently very weak. The cooktop still lights and operates, but the flame output is much lower than it should be and cooking takes considerably longer. We own the townhouse and have access to the property's gas meter/regulator. Photos of the cooktop and gas meter are attached. We have just purchased a fish & chip shop and need to disconnect the existing gas appliances in the kitchen as we are selling them. There is 3x deep fryers, one gas stove top/oven and a front display fridge. Want it to be done by a licensed gas fitter/plumber. I need to shorten the gas pipe dont know the price so kept it roughly as I had to keep it the has pipe goes to the floor and I am doing a concreting so need to make it shorter than that
