Am removing my Gas Stove/Oven for a Renovation. Need the gas capped so the stove/oven can be removed.

We have recently installed a keg and gas system for both nitro cold brew and kombucha. While everything is connected and running, we are having difficulty getting consistent and correct flow through the taps. CHEF GAS TOP OVEN- 600x600x900 4 burner, ceramic glass top. Roughly 2-2.5yrs old, X1 Burner currently does not ignite. Potentiall block in jet. Restore flame back to normal functioning behaviour 1 of 3 Gas Top Burners has failed to ignite. It could possibly be food lodged, but out of eye site. Hot water system not working and lines need fixing as well as system for hot water replaced. Update hot water system may work. There is a leak in the line so will need to be repaired. There is a leak either in the lines or maybe even the gas bottle. The dude that checked it for rwc wasn't sure so defected it so would also need stickers for certification
