~ to be done between 2-330pm today at wadalba ~ cut long grass with hedge shears (manual, otherwise you could use a scythe if you have one) ~ confirm progress with photos ~ sort cardboard according to instructions, select cardboard for use according to instructions ~ send photos of suggested areas to begin laying cardboard and mulch, confirm ~ lay cardboard and five bags of mulch ~ take the long grass with you This task needs to be done with no fuss, ongoing communication at decision points, quiet, calm and non disruptive task execution. Will take less than 1.5hrs, there's not a lot of long grass, just a few sections Please note: my task descriptions are what I require.
