We've recently moved into our new home. The lawns weren't maintained prior to moving in and so I need a one-off mow to get them under control. The grass is slightly overgrown in parts. I need it caught - not mulched - and removed. I also need a small collection of tree branches removed. No need for edging as I'll do that myself. Area size: 150m², where it's just under knee height for the average person.

The front lawn is accessible even if I'm not home. There's off street parking. One step down to get into the property. Tidy cut, edges too.
