My gutter has overgrown plants growing out of it (as seen in the photo). Help me remove the plants and check if the gutter requires more cleaning. I am unsure if it requires more cleaning, happy to pay more if upon inspection, it is found that a full clean is required. The design/layout is already done, and I’ll supply all plants, soil, and mulch — I just need help with the physical work.
