I need to plant 3 trees (1 in front yard and 2 in backyard) to comply with the local council's "Notice to Comply" and an approved landscape plan, which I have to comply by December this year. Will need a small retaining wall in the backyard and clearing current vegetation to allow trees to be planted. Location is Glen Iris. Retaining wall is to box the trees to make ground flat as the yard is on a slight slope. Our estimation of the retaining wall is 50cm height, 7 metre by 7 metre in width and depth. Treated pine retaining wall is fine. The site is currently have some plants and grass which need to be clear to make way for the trees. As per council’s requirement, you must be a qualified arborist, landscape gardener or horticulturalist (Minimum Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Level 3) and able to provide an invoice.

I have a garden bed that I would like extended and add some curves so it’s attractive and ready to plant a cottage garden. The grass is tough and you need to dig it up properly and remove the roots so it doesn’t grow back within the garden bed. Need a professional gardener or landscaper please.
