The job: * Remove all plants, weeds, groundcover, grasses, shrubs and other vegetation growing in the garden beds * This is a complete garden clean-out, not just trimming or weeding * Plants should be dug/pulled out at the roots where reasonably possible, rather than simply cut back * Leave the existing trees in place and take care not to damage their trunks or major roots * Remove the existing garden vegetation and green waste from the property * Rake/prepare the garden beds so they are reasonably clear and level * Spread mulch over the entire cleared garden bed area, to a good even depth Important: I want the garden beds essentially cleared back to bare soil, with the exception of the existing trees. I do not want the existing shrubs, groundcovers, grasses, succulents etc. retained. We have roses in 2 RFC planters against the front wall (on the driveway.) The rose buses need to be transferred into new planters. It will be necessary to trim the rectangular root ball/soil to fit the new planters and then fill the edges with fresh potting mix. The steps are easy: 1. Using my dolly, move the planters a metre or so to a tarpaulin on the ground 2. Break away the old planters 3. Using a hand saw I will provide, trim the root balls to size 4. Clean the spoon drain 5.
