I have a large, multi story home. I need cobwebs removed - would need extension pole to reach some, blow leaves from all pathways and patios around the house, collect and put in green bins. Every quarter need to high pressure wash pathways and patios. This is approx 2 hrs of work and needs to be done monthly. + another 2-3hrs per quarter for high pressure washing. Need an experienced person to finish off some simple landscaping/planting and then ongoing lawn and garden maintenance. Would prefer an hourly rate. See photos - Up on the street needs tidying up, a viburnum hedge along council strip and some turf and leveling. Need some timber edging around some gardens. We have a sloping garden at the rear that needs wood chipping, tidying/weeding/leveling in places....then ongoing lawn maintenance at hourly rate. Budget was for initial tidy up at a guess. But have plenty more to do so it’s just for starters.

Quality and experienced gardener needed this Friday on the northern beaches. Just moved into a rental and the garden hasn’t had a lot of love in a while. The three main areas pictured need some care - Take out all the dead leaves and trim the grass down the side etc. Make it look decent. Plus blow/sweep up all the leaves out the front and inside the drive. See pictures. Bonus points if you can pull off all the dead leaves off the palm tree and take them with you? Our Green Bin is about 1/3rd full. So happy to put green waste is garbage bags and take to tip or you can take it away. Let me know what easier. The area is not that big at all. Just lots of leaves. The job has to be this Friday so please make sure it’s possible that day. We are looking for some help with weeding our block on a hill in Newport. Stairs are available but need to be relatively agile across the block to weed. Most likely a days work. Weeds can be taken to bottom of block once pulled out. To be completed ASAP.
