I am looking for a horticulturist and maitanance person for a 22 apartment complex in Kelvin Grove. This ad is for the first job and if we work well together I’ll be wanting regular fortnightly maintenance and can be charged at an hourly rate. This job requires your own tools. Blowing of all paths and concreted areas in complex. Removal of palm fronds into complex bins. Hedging and lawn mowing. Changing some bulbs. and general clean up and waste removal around complex. In the future it will require planting of native plants, ensuring the pool is topped up with water and pressure hosing walk ways. (Pressure hose supplied) Need to be able to follow directions and be flexible. Please ask any questions. Wanting to find the right fit for both of us!
