I have adopted a pool which has been working but has stopped. It has a no flow signal. The pump is a single speed pump. There are no valves to stop the water from flowing out of the pump and the water is higher than the skimmer box because when I go to pour a bucket of water or put a hose down it, the water is glowing out. I need someone to come and get my pool pump going again. I also want someone to give me a quote to upgrade the entire pump, filter and chlorinator to bring the system up to date and easy to use. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 20 November 2023

The front border of the house is formed by bamboo trees which are growned. They need to be trimmed to get thinner in thickness and shorter in height. To make it shorter, you might need a ladder. The length of the front area is approximately 15m (10m and 5m separated by the driveway). So the task is to prune Bamboos along front of property - Hedge foot path and prune height down to (maximum) 2 metres. Next, Clean up and remove debris offsite. (If the property green bins are empty, you can put the trimmed branches into the green garden bin properly.) Please Note: 1) You need to take photos before and after your actions, to support you have followed the instructions and the task is done as asked. You need to send the photos to my email address (providing after you started the job) as the evidence of the quality of your work. Please note that the attached photos to the ad are just exemplary and for indication purposes only. 2) Arrangement for date/time of work must be done by contacting my tenants. The communication info will be provided. 3) You are not allowed to assign the job to someone else. You are supposed to do the job yourself from start to finish in one visit to the property. 4) If you arrive to the property and change your mind about your offer due to the size of the job, please cancel your offer immediately. Starting the job, but not finishing it as expected means the job is not done, so please don't waste anyone's time. 5) please send your offer if you can perform what has been asked in this description. I am not interested in any other services you might be able to provide. 6) You must have an insurance to cover you. I do not accept any responsibility for any injury or accident you might have while working on this task.

I have a garden bed in front of an old Queenslander that has a Singapore daisy weed taking over and smothering some plants. Hoping for someone to come and spend a day’s work to clear out as much as they can around the good plants. Will be easier with softer ground after the rain on Tuesday. The other task is to whipper snip the weeds around the back of the house, and along the lawn edges where weeds have crept in. There are two green bins but the waste from the day may be enough to fill a trailer, so these won’t quite be enough, I’d prefer someone to take all the green waste as part of the job. Cheers Ben Type of gardening: Whipper snipping, Weeding Size of garden: 50m²-150m² Has green waste bin: Yes

Need a garden bed against an old Queenslander house cleared of some weeds (+a spray on any remaining), and a frangipani tree cut back ahead of some earthmoving works - branches can be left on ground. There’s also some Singapore daisy weeds that have gotten into the lawn, that would be good to trim back. Small job tomorrow morning involving hedge trimming and garden tidy up. 2 hours work involved. Type of gardening: Hedge trimming, Garden cleanup Size of garden: Under 50m² Has green waste bin: Yes

Trim hedges. Tall and wide. Will need a ladder and own equipment. Will need to take the leaves away. Well kept hedges, trimmed regularly. Just fluffy atm. Hedges are across the front and partially down one side of the house.

Tidy up hedges I’ve cut them back already but even on a ladder I struggle to do the tops as they are about 2.5m/3m tall. One of the hedges could do with a little more cut off (maybe 20cm?) so that it is in line with the hedge on the other side. Hedges cover most of front of the fence line and half way down one side of the fence.
