Subject: Quote Request: Initial Deep Clean & Declutter + Ongoing Weekly & Monthly Maintenance (Balcatta) Hello, I am looking to hire a reliable, long-term service to help get my home in Balcatta organized and fully maintained. I need a comprehensive approach that handles both heavy initial decluttering and structured ongoing domestic assistance. Home Details: • Layout: 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 small laundry, 1 kitchen, and 1 main living area. • Outdoor: A small courtyard that will need occasional light attention. • Pets: One small dog lives inside the home. Phase 1: Initial Deep Clean & Decluttering (Staged Over a Few Weeks) • The initial startup will require a significant amount of time, effort, and deep decluttering across all rooms. • I would like to stage this decluttering process carefully over a period of a few weeks rather than doing it all in a single day. Phase 2: Ongoing Weekly & Monthly Maintenance Once the initial organization is established, I require a dependable routine: 1. Weekly Cleaning: A thorough weekly clean of the kitchen, both toilets, and all floors. 2. Weekly Laundry Management: I have a teenage son and an adult son who do not assist with chores. On a weekly basis, I need the helper to check their rooms/laundry baskets and explicitly ensure that their clothes have been washed, neatly folded, and fully put away in their wardrobes. 3. Monthly Declutter Check-ins: A dedicated monthly review of all main living areas to proactively keep clutter from building back up. Could you please provide an estimate of your hourly rates for this type of combined domestic care and organizing? Let me know your availability for an initial walkthrough or if you need any additional details to provide a proper quote. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.
