Looking for an experienced flooring installer to install timber vinyl planks to my downstairs area and install matching new nosings and risers to an internal staircase. I’ve included photos of the areas currently and an AI mockup of how i’m wanting it to look. a room at a rental house I own has a vinyl floor with lifting vinyl that needs to be reglued before someone trips. Thee are also a few holes that need glueing up.

Must have experience in vinyl sheet flooring installation. I will provide vinyl sheeting and no need for any floor preparation or removal. Just want it lay on top and sealant on edges. Room is approximately 2.27x1.83. This week any day is flexible and early or late start all ok though if you could advise date.
