Kitchen reno in Subi apartment need patchwork done on bamboo flooring(we have the boards)for under new cabinets less than a metre in size but might be tricky. Also while you're here looking at 2 beds and a mezzanine that we want bamboo laid in. Also some stonewall cladding needs to be patched up as well.

The living room and kitchen are steps are currently Lino flooring, however there are wooden floorboards underneath. We would like Lino removed, and floorboards restored with minimal finishing. Would like to look as natural as possible, and have least amount of sealing/chemicals. Non-toxic materials please. Refer to map for measurements (Dining/living/kitchen and step area next to bathroom).
