Skirting boards cut and installed in small bedroom.

I removed a heater that was on a tiled slab. I now need to fill in that area to match the surrounding bamboo flooring. The area is approximately 130cm x 60cm. The problem Is that I cannot obtain the same flooring. I can get close but the locking system is slightly different and will probably mean the tongue will need to be removed off each bamboo plank. I have a little bit of the old flooring and will buy the new flooring when I know I have someone to help with the task.

There is a hole in the carpet on one of our stairs, would just need this single step replaced. We have the carpet to replace it with.

Replace damaged carpet on bottom step. I have a spare roll. Unsure what a fair charge would be so please advise
