A 14 square metre section of laminate flooring has gaps between the floor boards which needs fixing. Gaps were likely caused by recent water damage (water pipe leak back in March 2022) which caused boards to swell and they have now dried and contracted. Two boards in that area have been chipped and need replacing but depending on water damage more may need replacing. (I will provide floor boards for the job). Seperate to that area I require one floor board to be fixed at a bedroom entrance and may need to be glued down to stop it popping up. Also the kitchen transition piece needs replacing as it is starting to come off and has a sharp edge poking up at the join (i will provide transition piece). May need to remove skirting boards in certain areas to do the job unless there is a more efficient way to do it. - Due date: Flexible

I need an extension slab for the outdoor space, measure about 3x4 m.

Two bedrooms carpets need to clean. In master room, carpet was burnt with a hole. Please advise if you know how to fix burnt carpet hole.
