We're reaching out to request a quote for the following work on our home in Seaforth, with an approximate floor area of 70 sqm covering 3 bedrooms, a hallway, living, and dining area: -Carpet removal, with and without disposal -Laying of laminate flooring (we will supply the materials) -Installation of skirting boards (also supplied by us) The house turnover is scheduled for around May 29, and we’re available to meet on-site that morning for you to assess the space. We'll confirm the exact day beforehand. If the quote and materials are good to go, we’d love to start the work as early as May 30. Also, could you please advise approximately how long the entire job would take to complete?

Install floorboards 12mm laminate

Need bedroom 1, 2, 3 and 4 installed with vinyl laminate we’ve selected a type from Bunnings (just need to order the materials), but carpet must be removed from room 1, 2 and 4. Expecting subflooring etc to be installed also. We don’t need this done for at least a month or so. Prefer to save room 1 for last as it is main bedroom.

In our living room and kitchen area a few of existing laminate planks have developed gaps and have come loose. We have spare planks that we would need these replaced with. Wooden beeding along the edges would also need to be secured properly.

I have purchased 7mm laminate flooring to install directly onto concrete in garage (see attached photos). No underlay for this one. I don’t have the correct tools (or skills) to get the job done (despite giving it a crack!) so I need someone to please come and install them for me. There is a bit of cutting which will need a professional saw etc. There are pillars to navigate also. I unfortunately have a deadline and need this done by Saturday afternoon 18th Jan. Many thanks
