There is a section of floorboards approx 2-3m squared that needs replacing due to water and sun damage. Luckily the floorboards are at the end of the tongue and groove system and will come out without disturbing the good ones in front of the area. Some skirting will need to be removed first to do the job. The replacement boards were overage from when the floor was originally laid and have been in a box in the garage ever since. - Due date: Flexible
