160 sq m single story house I’ve got the floorboards brand new in boxes to be installed manly on top of ties.

I have 7mm hybrid waterproof flooring with 1.5mm underlay already attached and need it installed in a 3.2m x 3.2m room, including a small built-in closet area. I have attached a picture of the room which is old. The skirting boards are now installed, and I have purchased matching scotia for the edges. I will supply the flooring and scotia. I am looking for an experienced installer who can also supply the small amount of 200-micron builder's plastic/moisture barrier required for installation over the concrete slab. You must have experience installing hybrid flooring and provide all tools and equipment required to complete the job. Please confirm in your offer that the moisture barrier is included and provide your total installation cost.

We have a number of floorboards approx 10 that are termite damaged either a little along where they’ve eaten and a section in its entirety. We aren’t planning to Reno for a while so want them patched with timber epoxy in meantime . Will have to be cleaned out where they are hollow underneath, filled and matched as close to possible in colour to existing TAS Oak and sanded to same level as flooring. Slab underneath: termites no longer active has been 2 years .

We have had plumbers jack hammer the floor to replace a drain costing thousands of dollars. After the concrete was done now some of the floorboards have to be replaced. Need someone to supply and lay out new engineered floorboards. We don’t have the exact engineered timber floorboards any more.

Hi there, I’ve come across your work on Airtasker and was hoping you might be able to help with a small floorboard repair job. We have three small areas of timber flooring that have been damaged over time, mainly from dog scratches and general wear and tear. I’ve attempted to sand back and restain the affected areas myself, but I’m not happy with the finish and would really like to have them repaired professionally and blended back into the existing floor as well as possible. I’m not looking to have the entire floor sanded or refinished, just these three localised areas. Sand and clear polish to floorboards as per floor plan attached. Total area highlighted in yellow requires sand and polish. Where I have added some blue lines is the area with wear and scratches the rest of the floor is in good condition. Floors are hardwood. House is empty of furniture and ready for the task.

Looking for someone to remove the existing timber decking boards from our outdoor deck. We only want the top decking boards removed, with the joists/deck structure underneath left in place and undamaged. Deck has easy access via garage, all furniture will be removed before the job. No disposal required – removed boards can be stacked on the property in numbered piles (boards will be numbered before you arrive). All decking screws have square head.
