Have laminate floorboards that i would like for someone to install need them to be placed ontop of my kitchen tiles

Sand and clear polish to floorboards as per floor plan attached. Total area highlighted in yellow requires sand and polish. Where I have added some blue lines is the area with wear and scratches the rest of the floor is in good condition. Floors are hardwood. House is empty of furniture and ready for the task.
