2 spots are squeaky on 2nd story, the area is carpeted but squeaky part is next to seam was wondering if anyone can screw it down for me

I have one ripped Merbau decking board that has lifted. Need a handyman to re-secure the board flush with the deck. Please bring a drill, bits, and appropriate decking screws. May need to pre-drill and countersink to prevent splitting the thin board

Minimalist "patch and protect" repair on ~5 - 8 localised spots of weatherboard (all ground level). I need to stop the rot and seal the boards, not a full restoration. Scope: 1. Prep: Scrape flaking paint and gouge out soft/ rotted wood. 2. Treat: Apply wood harder to stabilise soft areas (if any) 3. Fill: Fill cracks and sand smooth 4. Paint: Apply 2 coats of exterior paint on affected boards Please see the Building report to see the affected areas in details. I am not looking for weatherboard replacement, but a minimalist patch solution to prevent further damage. Happy to pay extra, if further costs are justified.
