I need floor boards taken up and then relaid as they are creaking so we think they have no underlay. We would like them taken up and relaid with underlay or whatever is needed to stop creaking. It is maybe about 20sqm

Remove 63mm x 19m Tassie oak floorboards in 2 bedrooms (4x3 and 3.4x3) and remove nails in joists ready for new boards. The boards will not be retained so brute force is fine. Will need to neatly stack the boards out the backyard. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 11 March 2022

Need to lay replacement boards in the kitchen. Previous boards have been removed. I have sourced A-grade reclaimed boards from one batch. The boards are 63mm x 19mm Tassie oak. Will need to cut back some boards (to stagger them) only for the hallway portion (see photo) on two ends because they were previously cut straight across. Possibly 11 boards on each side to be taken back to the nearest joist. - Due date: Before Monday, 28th Feb 2022

Remove old floorboards (63mm x 19mm Tassie oak) - see picture. Area 1 pictured is approx 6m x 4m. Area 2 (small bathroom) at the back of the image is about 2.4x2.8. Boards will be discarded, so you don't need to be gentle. As long as there are no nails left in the joists and it's all left ready to lay new boards. You will need to move and stack boards out in the backyard. Bring own equipment. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 19th Feb 2022

Wanting our lounge room to be replaced with floorboards. We have the floorboards from Bunnings they are just floating floor clip in boards. We don’t have the tools to cut the floorboards. Although all the carpet will be pulled up prior and it will just be laying them done. We can get extra help too.

Need two floorboards to be replaced

Need someone to finish laying floating floorboards in the kitchen corridor (see pics). Boards to be laid on tile (with underlay). Board and underlay will be supplied but need to bring your own cutting equipment. Its not a large job but there are some nooks (refrigerator space) that will need extra cutting. Will also need to lay/install 2 x carpet-to-floorboard trims, 3 x tile-to-floorboard trims, and 1x additional trim connecting the living room and dining room. Flexible about dates.

4 floorboards need to be replaced. Floorboards are available. Just need to cut the broken tiles and replace them. No need to take the whole flooring apart.
