Find a local floorboard profesional in Outer East Melbourne

A section of the floorboard near the doorway has lifted and is creating a raised/uneven area. It springs back up when pushed down and is affecting the door closing properly. Looking for a tradie to inspect and repair/re-secure the affected floorboards and transition strip.

Needing help to finish off putting down self-adhesive vinyl planks in a bedroom. The room is around 18m2. Most of the floor boards in the middle of the room have already been put down, needing help with the boards around the edges which need to be cut to size e.g scoring with utility knife and then snapping. Also around the heating vent.

I have dropped a tiles box and one piece of floorboard has been damaged a little bit, went down for about 5-6mm. The piece is 83mm wide and 460cm length. I won’t mind filling it with wood filler nicely and then polish coat ontop.

We have some natural floorbaords that have split due to water damage and need either repair or replacement

I have new tenants moving in on Saturday. All areas of the house have original floorboards except the kitchen area. It's vinyl on top of Masonite board nailed down to existing floorboards. I need the vinyl removed to expose original floorboards. Sanded and polished. Other renovations underway will be completed today.
