I'm looking for an installer for Hybrid floorboards. 80~ 82 metres

We need nails to be taken out of our floor boards. We have taken some out just need the remainder to be taken out.

The foundation beams have rot. I need to remove all the boards on top so I can replace the foundation and put the boards back on. I’ve done half but run out of time. 33 rows left. I’ve got the tools. Want to try and preserve boards so I can reuse.

Sand & Polish Existing Timber Floorboards – Approx. 80 m² I’m looking for someone experienced in sanding and polishing timber floorboards in my home. The existing timber flooring in most areas, including the living room and corridors, is in good condition and only needs a light sand and polish. Recently, timber floorboards have been exposed underneath the kitchen tiles and carpet in 3 bedrooms. These areas need to be sanded and polished to match the existing timber flooring as closely as possible. Area: Approximately 80 m² Work required: * Sand and polish the existing timber floorboards * Prepare and sand the newly exposed areas * Match the finish and colour of the existing flooring as closely as possible * Supply materials and complete the job I’m looking for someone experienced with solid timber floorboards and preferably someone who can inspect the floor and recommend the most suitable finish.

I've removed the existing carpet to sand and polish the floorboards but there is 2 sections that require repair (basically, replace the horizontal/vertical panels so it matches the rest of the floorboards).

Needing help to finish off putting down self-adhesive vinyl planks in a bedroom. The room is around 18m2. Most of the floor boards in the middle of the room have already been put down, needing help with the boards around the edges which need to be cut to size e.g scoring with utility knife and then snapping. Also around the heating vent.

I have dropped a tiles box and one piece of floorboard has been damaged a little bit, went down for about 5-6mm. The piece is 83mm wide and 460cm length. I won’t mind filling it with wood filler nicely and then polish coat ontop.

We have some natural floorbaords that have split due to water damage and need either repair or replacement

I have new tenants moving in on Saturday. All areas of the house have original floorboards except the kitchen area. It's vinyl on top of Masonite board nailed down to existing floorboards. I need the vinyl removed to expose original floorboards. Sanded and polished. Other renovations underway will be completed today.
