Floor board near a doorway needs replacing. I have the spare board. 2 months ago the board was slightly lifted (see first photo).A handyman “fixed” it by nailing and gluing the board down with no expansion gap.(Photo 5) This caused pressure buildup and the board eventually cracked (see photo 3 & 4 ). What’s needed now: Remove the damaged board. Install the new matching board (I already have the spare) Ensure correct expansion spacing. The board is on the second row from the edge, so only a small section needs to be lifted Please offer your price to complete the job. Thanks.

We have a studio above a garage that we need to laminate flooring laid over particle board subfloor + skirting installed .We will supply the laminate, underlay and skirting. The room is 5.6m x 5m. Installation tools needed: tapping block to easily click planks together, a pulling bar for hard-to-reach places and spacers to provide perfect expansion joints (8-10mm) between walls and floor.

I need floorboards laid in a small area. The total area is 1300mm x 800mm I need the 3 existing damaged hardwood floorboards removed and the entire space then laid. It will likely take 7-8 floorboards at 1300 mm in length I want to try to match the existing hardwood floors in the kitchen. The new flooring in this space will need to sit flush with the existing floorboards in the kitchen

Remove and dispose the existing laminate floor boards. Lay new underlay and engineered wood floor boards. There are skirtings that don’t need replacing, but a bit of quarter rounds requires around the kitchen cupboards and two doors where it meets tiles. I’ve added floor plans - it’s the kitchen, living room, passage & bedroom that needs to be done. I’ll provide the underlay and floor boards.
