Looking for floor installer for small repair. Would like to remove 2 thin ramps glued in doorway (on top of floating floor) into bathroom and toilet and replace with quad. May be some minor scratches or glue needing to be buffed out and polished or stained to match remainder of floor.

Have 2 wooden ramps (thin pieces of wood glued to top of timber floor) leading into bathroom and toilet. Would like them removed however glue underneath could (possibly) damage timber floor underneath whilst removing. Would then (possibly if damaged) need to be sanded/cleaned to any remove glue and match to existing floor with some stain or polish. Ramps are already lifting so probably won’t be too difficult to take off (and possibly not cause too much damage).

Hi, We have old Baltic Pine flooring in our Victorian colonial period house (single storey) that is damaged in some sections, which need repairs. We have also installed new Baltic Pine floorboards in one room, which needs filling for nail holes, sanding and polish to match the rest of the house floorboards. Please advise availability and approx price for 3.6 * 3.6 mtr room with new floorboards and for repairs of small damages in other sections. Thanks

Floating floor boards in kitchen are lifting slightly as if there’s an air bubble underneath. It’s only a small area- about a metre square. When you stand on the floor boards they sink back down to the ground and then pop back up again. Almost seems the boards are slightly too big for the space causing them to bulge and lift. It’s a new place so I’m not sure why they are like that. Maybe some water spills from a previous owner causing them to expand and lift. I work from home so can be flexible on date and time. Really any day now up until NYE except Christmas

Repair Parquetry flooring, Resand, Stain and Polish. There is some buckling that needs to be repaired and the rest needs to be sanded and recolored and polished about 100 square meters.

Floating floor panels need replacing. Panels already purchased
