I have recently vacated a rental property in Lane Cove. There has been some damage to an engineered timber floor caused by a rolling desk chair - I have attached photos. Require x7 commercial cabins vinyl flooring to be buffed out (ie either sanded and varnished or any other professional method) and mopped clean afterwards ready for a site inspection. There is on average 5x 20cm superficial scratches in each 7 commercial cabins. Would be great if someone could come today or early Monday. Carper steam cleaning and flea pest treatment in two bedroom apartment. I need a certificate to present to the agent. Carpet in leaving area, coridor and 2 rooms. Carpet is almost brand new, no stubborn stains. Apartment is on the second floor ~50 steps from the garage. No lift.
