For sealing approximately 150 square meters of Travertine, the sealer, roller, and brushes have already been purchased. One-third was recently laid, another third was laid many years ago, and the final third about a year ago. For the older Travertine, please grind and buff them a bit more to rejuvenate their appearance. For the Travertine laid a year ago, lightly grind and buff to remove the old sealer. For the newly laid third, clean them to remove any grout. I've bought the roller and brush; please apply two coats after a though cleaning of all the area.

Hi! In my home we had installed laminate flooring but unfortunately have not left enough expansion room and it has now buckled. The job will be to remove the glued skirting from one edge of the living room to flatten out the floor and then re-cut pieces to assemble back in. Supplies incl. skirting and flooring panels that match the current ones will be provided. Job should be pretty straight forward using an oscillating saw. Have priced at $300 but happy to negotiate
