I need 55m2 of hybrid flooring installed in an apartment in Surfers Paradise.

I need 3mm 'Airstep' vinyl flooring planks to be installed over @50sqm of ceramic tiles without any sanding/grinding. I would prefer an experienced floor layer. They are to be glued straight onto the tiles. The grout lines are not deep so I’m comfortable with just gluing them down. I have the planks, but you will need to supply the primer/adhesive and tools. No skirting boards are installed in these rooms. Please quote as I have just guessed an approximate. Remove carpet and install timber flooring

My husband has layed Quickstep Majestic laminate flooring in the living room however the job wasnt finished as the floor needed to be raised in the entry to meet the height of the living room floor, which has now been done. Need to finish laying approx 8sqm in the entry way (quite a few angle cuts needed) and hallway. I have a small jigsaw to cut boards but that may not be the best tool for the job so may be best if you have tools handy
