Installation only of Hybrid flooring for kitchen, dining and laundry (as shown on drawing). Total area of roughly 28 sqm. Existing flooring is Vinyl sheet on top of floorboards, this vinyl flooring will be removed prior to your works and will be reasonably cleaned. Further surface preparation might be required prior to flooring. The hybrid flooring is "Floor Select 7.5mm" from Bunnings (I/N: 0135657) which does not require any underlay. Job can be started on or after Monday morning 25/Oct and needs to be completed before 4/November. Note: The drawing is approximate. - Due date: Before Thursday, 4th Nov 2021
