I have strata approval and need the carpet removed and hybrid flooring (already provided) installed as well as underlay. The apartment is semi-furnished, so the job will ideally be done over 2 days or one if can accomodate - once the living room is completed, furniture can be moved in so the bedroom can be finished.

We have about 60 meters square of tiles that need cleaning. There was a carpet on top of the tiles and the carpet glue needs to be removed. The glue scrapes off easily, so it is not a big issue but some chemicals might help.

We’d like for the carpet in our two bedrooms (one 3x4.2m, the other 3.2x4.1m) to be removed. Bonus points if you’re able to then re-floor these spaces using wood or some other less mould/dust-prone material. Newly installed carpet was not cut for the wardrobe door track. Now it’s cut, tack strips need installing to keep the carpet stretched. The strips are for concrete floors which I have. The wardrobe doors and tracks will be removed prior to your arrival so you just need to secure the tack strips to the concrete and pull the carpet onto them. Need someone with carpet installation experience who knows what they’re doing. Cheers!
