There are patches on my floor boarding through out the house where when you walk creaking sounds come. Need those fixed, probably finding the joist and screwing it in. However 4 areas are carpeted so the carpet will have to be removed and put back neatly once the boarding is fixed.

Carpet stretching required in 3 spots.

Removed some textured lining from one wall and found the carpet behind it has been poorly cut and doesn't meet the wall. Need it stretched around 4cm. Room is 3x3m. Would prefer to only clear half the room if possible. Theres no skirt on at the moment, let me know if i need to install it first.
