Hi, I have some existing carpet in a room in which many years ago was flooded and the carpet needed to be taken apart and removed for drying. Since then, the carpet has been placed dried and placed back into the room unjoined i.e. simply just placed onto the floor over the existing rubber underlay. The carpet now needs to be rejoined and stretched back into place to appear as one large piece of carpet as per previous. The underlay and surrounding wooden nail strips are still in place. Carpet layer needed to lay a rug to cover an entire room. Rug is thick wool with a heavy duty underlay and has been cut slightly larger than the size of the room. Room is 2.9 x 2.4m. You will need to cut the rug to fit the room (skirting has been removed and will be installed after), and to fit around the door frames. Rug needs to be edged where it meets the external and internal doorways (2 openings). Existing floor is raw concrete. Please let me know your quote and any questions!
