There are two parts of the skirting boards missing- one a simple straight piece of less than a metre and another more complicated bit in the corner.

I recently had a tradie lay vinyl planks over tiles in our central living area. The planks have started to lift and the tradie won't come back. Looking for them to be relaid. I think he didn't allow area around the edge for expansion. Can be done at the tradies convenience.

We are covering our existing floor tiles by laying laminate floor planks over them. We are looking at an area of 60m squared and also the laundry room. We have the laminate flooring and will supply underlay.

In need you to lay carpet in 4 rooms. - I already have the carpet and underlay so you do not need to provide any carpet - it is 18 linear meters of carpet to lay (see shaded area on plan) - smoothedge is required for 2 of these rooms. - old carpet has already been removed - rooms are standard bedroom size 3x3 and 1 room is 3x5. - also a small 2.5m long hall way.(photo) - this is on to timber floorboards not a slab - May require some joins so pleas come prepared for that - must have own carpet laying tools. Please only apply if you are an experienced carpet layer with reviews of your work. Note the location is in Rosebud West (Capel Sound). So would suit someone from that area. I need to to be able to do the job next Thursday 27th. In the morning preferable. Please do not apply if you are not free on Thursday.
