Laying of Vinyl Tiles (145 sq meters) Remove and dispose of old floor coverings 2 day job - Must be licenced

Remove deteriorated skirting board and replace, paint to match existing. Install 3 x access panels- see images. - Due date: Flexible

Concrete grinding and polishing of 2 x 16sqm floors (bedrooms). Current surface has pre existing tile glue. 2nd floor apartment (stairs). Preferably on the 11th of December but other dates that week available. Please refer to photo of current design The height from floor base to top of skirting board is 7cm We would need approximately 20-22 metres of skirting board Could you please provide two quotes. Quote 1 which includes all associated installation and labour costs including cost of skirting boards Quote 2 which is the same as above but doesn’t include the cost of the skirting boards Please also include expected time to complete the work.
