What do fitness services include?

Im also happy to travel within 2 kms if you prefer to train at your venue in Carlton, North Carlton, Parkville, Fitzroy, or the north of the CBD.

Alannah is smart, well-organized, kind, and super friendly! I work with her as a gym accountability buddy, but I'm sure she would be great at just about anything! She's flexible and understanding when schedules need to shift, always punctual and responsive. It’s clear she really knows her stuff; she’s passionate, well-researched, and approaches fitness in a genuinely body-positive way. Highly recommend Alannah!
