Hi, I am looking for a personal trainer to guide me towards improving my fitness and assisting with weight loss as well. MY workouts have completely stopped and with the Stage 4 lock down in place, I would prefer a certified trainer who would be able to travel to me in South Yarra, 3 times a week. I would prefer my wife to also be trained by the trainer and the adjusted per hour rate would then be applicable to her training as well. ( for eg $30 x 2 per session for me and my wife).
