I want to develop self-defense skills and improve my cardio by training kickboxing or Muay Thai. Pad work is essential. Doing these lessons and pad work outside in a park around the Randwick area of Sydney Eastern suburbs, like Queens Park or the Randwick Environmental Center, would be ideal. I would like at least one session per week, in the afternoon or evening, with each session lasting about one hour. The trainer should have previous training and fighting experience.
