I would like to build colour bond fence of approximately 20m length and 1.8 m height at the backyard next to the existing fence. I will leave the existing fence as it is as the neighbour is not a kind of person to communicate rationally. This is to stop the neighbour's tree branches invading into my property as well as for my privacy. The whole length of the existing fence is about 25m but I don't need to cover from edge to edge. Does that look silly? The colour is grey (Wallaby).

During a demolition and tree stump removal the roots of a tree run under this colourbond fence dislodging a post. I’m advised it mainly needs dismantle two panels, digging out the post and some soil/Stone on the other side of the fence. Reposting the post back a some additional concert and tidy up neighbours side. I’m advised the panels aren’t damaged. Around 3hrs work.
