Tree was leaning on the fence and the posts have moved and are no at 90deg anymore. One top rail has been bent as well tha will need to be replaced

The right fence post has misaligned over time due to ground movement causing it to slightly overlap with the gate panel. This has made opening and locking the gate difficult which can only be done by pulling the fence post away from the panel for the lock latch to fit in and to open the gate. The lock may need to be relocated in the middle where there is more gap. Or do I need to replace the fence post with a thinner one as there is not much room to move the current fence post backwards.
