The back wooden fence is to be picketed and put back up - the middle part of the fence has come down in very windy weather. Grass has started to grow over it as it has collapsed for some time. The neighbour is not cooperative, so fixing it is a temp solution, until I can afford to replace it.

The right fence post has misaligned over time due to ground movement causing it to slightly overlap with the gate panel. This has made opening and locking the gate difficult which can only be done by pulling the fence post away from the panel for the lock latch to fit in and to open the gate. The lock may need to be relocated in the middle where there is more gap. Or do I need to replace the fence post with a thinner one as there is not much room to move the current fence post backwards.
