We have a timber side gate with a metal frame, the latch has broken and needs replacing

Buy and install two powder coated steel posts for hanging a side gate on one side of the house and one post on the other side of the house. Also buy and install a 1.2m high post next to a tap at the back. Needs to be done before Wednesday 18/12. Powdercoating to be Dover white.

A side gate measure 1.8m wide and 1.8m high to match fence height. The frame of the gate needed to be be made out of 90x45 treated pine structural timber. You have to put a fence post on the brick wall of the house to hang the gate off. The gate will have a plinth board on the bottom and then palings. Need to have a latch to open & close it, also it need a sliding pad bolt on so we can lock it securely, due to the size & weight of the gate, it will need a wheel We also need to fix the other side of the fence to the wall, there is a video that I can not download but I took screen shot for the other side Pls put your price the one on web is estimate, happy to hear from you Preferable from Geelong’s or surrounding area
