Bottom Fill – to add and thatch new brushwood to the base of the gate on both sides, re tension bottom wire, replace tension clips, and then trim neatly. New To remove 3.7 meters of existing double gates and dispose of at tip. To install a total of 3.7 meters of new brushwood fencing panels at existing height. To install a black PVC water proof membrane that sits on top of the fence, but underneath the roll top. This membrane helps protects the top of the fence giving it better longevity. New brushwood fence includes a hand crafted brushwood roll top. New brushwood fence will have a single H4 treated pine timber base for the fence to sit on; this prevents moisture rising up into the fence giving it better longevity. All new galvanized posts will be capped to prevent them from filling up with water. In addition all galvanized posts will be rolled and dressed in brushwood to disguise. All rubbish disposed of at tip. Includes all tip fees. Site to be left clean and tidy
