Timber fence and retaining wall on one side of a house

I'm flexible as to timing. I share a fence with a neighbour who is renting the property, so I'd like to get the fence fixed up for us. The front section is rickety and is starting to fall to his side of the fence line. Around 6 months ago I had someone install an additional post (in another section of the fence further down). This time the fence section towards the very front of the properties needs a new hardwood post installed on his side of the fence. Easy access, however the yard has a decent amount of weeds to contend with! I cleared his weeds once, but they're back! The fence has been through 2 floods and is very old and a little worse for wear. I'm just looking to prolong its life as long we can (or at least keep the thing upright!). Please supply and install hardwood fence post (plus items to affix new post to the existing fence, and concrete for installing the post).
