I'm in need of a helping hand for my daughter's birthday event where the person would need to pick-up the food from the caterer (Truganina) @5pm, deliver the food at the event venue (a play centre in Williamstown North), serve/refill the food in chafing dishes (buffet arrangement) during the event and clean and return the dishes back to the caterer after the event provided there is a proper place to rinse/wash the dishes. Otherwise just have all the left over food scarrpped off the dishes properly and deliver the empty dishes to my home after the event which I can wash and return to the caterer later. When I say dishes, its only the 4-5 chafing dishes where the food will be served in the buffet,guests will be eating food in one time plates. Total work of approximately 4-5 hours, starting from picking the food at 5pm, served by 6pm, refill as needed throughout the event and wrap up the event by 9pm, Saturday 18/02/2023.
