Event Staff Needed – Private Party | Wheeler Heights | Sat 14 November We’re looking for 3 experienced, friendly event staff to help with a private party at our home in Wheeler Heights on Saturday 14 November. We’ll be preparing a relaxed Italian-style menu, including wood-fired pizzas from our home pizza oven, grazing food and simple dishes. We’re looking for people who are confident jumping between basic food preparation, cooking assistance, serving and keeping the kitchen running smoothly throughout the party. Tasks will include: * Food preparation and plating before guests arrive * Assisting with preparation and cooking of wood-fired pizzas * Replenishing grazing/food stations * Serving and clearing food throughout the party * Keeping the kitchen, food prep and serving areas clean and organised * Washing glasses, plates and cooking equipment as needed * Clearing rubbish and general tidy-up throughout the event * Helping with the final kitchen clean and pack-down We already have a dedicated bartender, so this role is primarily focused on food, serving and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We’d love people who are experienced in private events or hospitality, proactive, capable and happy to just see what needs doing and get on with it. Approximately 5–6 hours, with exact start/finish times to be confirmed. Please let me know your hospitality/event experience, whether you have experience with food prep or pizza ovens, and your hourly rate. References/reviews preferred.

Hi there! We are hosting a Christmas party for our friends and their kids on Sunday, 22 December and are looking for someone to assist us throughout the day. Event Details: • Time: 2 PM to 5 PM • Your Hours: 8 AM to 6 PM (lunch will be provided) • Guests: Approximately 20 adults and 15 kids Tasks Include: • Morning setup: cutting fruit, dishing up food, carrying items up and down stairs, and setting up decorations, ect… • During the event: keeping the area tidy, helping serve food and drinks, and providing general support as needed. • After the event: assisting with cleaning up (no need to vacuum or mop floors).
