I need someone today from 1pm to 2pm to help me set up a launch/event space before guests arrive at 5pm. A lot of my staff have pulled out, so it is now just me and I need someone practical, fast and reliable who can help get the space event-ready. I need someone with a small van, ute or SUV with folded seats to help with logistics for a picnic on Saturday, 11 April, at 12pm (fixed time), the job requires two shifts with a gap in between, as follows: At 12pm: 1) Pick up items from my house in Bardwell Park. 2) Transport to Glebe, at Bicentennial Park 3) Unload and setup with our help and guidance (unfolding ±3 tables, a play pen with picnic blankets, and putting food/drinks on the tables with no styling required, placing drinks in ice buckets/eski. GAP: The picnic happens from 1:30 to 5pm, it's up to you how you would like to spend this time (go back home, stay closeby, or other). Thus this is ideal for people living closeby. At 5pm: 4) Pick up the items into your car 5) Transport back to my place at Bardwell Park 6) Unload This is a straight forward transport and setup job, with no heavy lifting, no fragile items, and no "styling" required. The picnic is for ±40 people so it's not a big event. Examples of items: - 3 picnic tables - 1x Baby playpen (multiple fence-pieces) - 2x Plastic tubs (which we'll use for rubbish/recycling) - Picnic blankets & lawn games (Finska, Croquet, etc.) - Food & Drinks - other For context, I do this every year myself to celebrate my birthday, but I have a baby now, which complicates all logistics 🥲 If you think this looks complex (maybe because I wrote too much), check the image with the breakdown.
