There are three benchtops to be installed. On Friday (1st August) I need a trade to install 2 x benchtops to side kitchen and laundry. Will need to be compelted before 10am. The stone is cut to size and edged, however will need cut outs for the sink and tap ware locations. Next week on Wednesday the 6th August the ktichen island benchtop arrives (Marble) and will need to be cut to size, stove top location cut out and waterfall on one side installed.

I'm having some tiles delivered for a bathroom renovation. The tiles get delivered in a Pallette to the curb. I need someone strong /maybe even two people to take the tiles from curb drop off into the house (up one flight of stairs)

The fridge keeps beeping even when closed. The freezer seal doesn’t work great either, but it still does seal up. Friggin annoying that it’s beeping and thinks it’s open when it’s not. Some days it’s fine but others it isn’t.

Fix the flooring of a pickleball court, needs to be rolled up, pulled together, new adhesive laid and unrolled.

Both taps hard to turn off and still leak

Repair or replace 2 shower taps. Shower has been dripping for some time, cold tap stopped turning & wouldn’t shut off. I’ve removed tap cover & used a wrench to turn the tap off for now. If repairable, happy for repairs. Cold tap is the one stuck, but okay to check or replace both taps. Ideally around midday Friday. Up one flight of stairs/lift is broken.
