I have completed a full clean of the flat but there are a few items needing additional cleaning the estate agent challenged on inspection - listed below: - Dishwasher (outer rim) - Washing machine (inner lip / drawer for detergent) - Clothes Dryer (second filter) - Cupboards (general check?) - Fridge/freezer (general check +drawer dividers +freezer drawer) - Blinds (kitchen - above sink / bedroom 2 - remove any mould) - Floor (clean dust throughout - check) You will need to 1) collect keys to the property @Ray white double bay 2) clean final above bits at the property in Bondi. 3) return keys to Ray white double bay

Replace 2x bathroom taps and 1x spout with new existing taps and spout (similar), no pipe work required.

Replace 2x taps in bathroom. If the new taps don’t cover the hole/space in the wall tile then to replace the washers only (as the shower is leaking). Free parking on the street.

Large gap in the floor and afew holes here and there need to be filled in cafe to stop pests from entering . You will likely need a small amount of metal sheet or wood / glue to cover the holes. Open to suggestions. Job should take 1 to 1.5 hrs

I need a handyman who can carry two bedside tables from the ground floor to second level in house and install the legs. Should take 30 minutes at most. Bondi

Jumpstart my car in bondi

My Simpson 5KG tumble dryer has recently started turning off very few minutes during the load. When I googled the reasons it looks like the most likely cause is the dryer is overheating, and potentially the motor needs replacing. The dryer is attached to the wall and was already there when we moved in so not sure how old this is. Ideally need help removing from the wall and fixing! When I wiggle the cable in the plug socket it seems to work again briefly and then it stops1 - Due date: Flexible

Hello - help on top floor apartment (3 flights of stairs) 1. Mount 65 inch Samsung the Frame TV - at appropriate height - I can help hold it. - I have the wall mount but think it’s a foundation wall and brick - there are already some screws in it but would be below this Level - tv is on stand already upstairs. 2. Assemble easy queen metal bed frame from Box (temple and Webster) - box is already upstairs 3. If time - help carrying some boxes upstairs. 4. If time - drill a door handle that is broken - potentially fix if possible. Not essential.

My headphone padding has been damaged and is exposing the foam underneath but the actual headhones are still working. Just need to fix the padding on the over head and ears. Can send photos - Due date: Flexible

To install new fly screen on 1 sliding door. To put back 7 of my flyscreens inside my apartment that I cleaned. On one frame, to re-install the clips by putting them back between the rubber spline and frame. It should not take more than 1 hour. Kitchen sink tap has come loose and needs bolts tightening on the underside of the cabinet. Unfortunately current sockets unable to connect with bolt due to length on the screw, and being a slightly awkward position. Need a plumber/handyman to assist in tightening up the bolts to secure the tap.
