Currently vanity is 600mm with a dual tap. Needs to be removed. Pipes then need to be converted to be suitable for a mixer tap. Then need to install a 750mm vanity with the new mixer tap.

I have coupler broken tiles on two steps as seen in the photos. I just need them replaced. I do have the tiles here.

It is an Ikea Klepstadd wardrobe that needs to be assembled. It is out of its package.
