I have 2x sets of bathroom basin taps and 2x sets of shower taps that needs fixing. Faucets are still dripping despite taps closed tightly.

My shower keeps dripping from the head even when both taps are turned off. • I have already replaced the hot water washer, but the leak continues. • The hot water spindle looks newer/different (replaced at some point before), but the cold water spindle seems old and possibly stuck/glued in place. • When opening the hot side, I noticed some rubber band–like material around the spring. • If required, I’m also fine with replacing the whole spindle or tap — just let me know first. I’ll buy them.

Bathroom Sink Taps: The taps are leaking and difficult to shut off completely.
