Paint doors and frames - all door accessories already removed, need to undercoat and 1 coat on 9 grey doors and 8 frames; 6. Paint touch up on wall patchwork - wall switches, Sunroom upper walls, Opposite powder room, stairs, all adhesive hooks, bedroom water sprinkler, balcony metal piece.; 7. Paint Skirting boards: Painters tape on floorboards if necessary, then sand, apply undercoat, then high gloss 1 coat; 8. Paint repair on 1 metal door frame on bedroom balconies, powder coated without primer flaking off, grey, then apply metal primer and 1 coat on all frames to finish tub.

Hi, I need the washers replaced on my shower and all basin taps to stop them from leaking. There are around 10 taps in total. Could you please give me a quote for the job, including parts and labour?

5 pair of taps, three pair in the bathroom and one pair in the kitchen and one pair in the laundry. (Two knob, one for hot and one for cold, but tap is one). All are hard to close and open. Water falls drop by drop if I close normally, I need to close very hard to stop the water falling. One pair in the kitchen not used since long, as I have another tap there. You need to check them first, whether it wants repair/servicing or need to replace with new one. Please let me know the complete charges, including call out, servicing and replacement. Looking for an experienced handyman to safely remove an old window air conditioner from an upstairs bedroom. This is a window-style unit, not a split system. It has its own power cord plugged into a normal wall power point and does not appear to be hard-wired. The unit is quite heavy and is supported by a metal frame/brackets on the outside of the upstairs window (see photos). I need someone with appropriate experience and equipment to remove the air conditioner and external supports carefully and safely, without anything falling onto the roof/area below. The air conditioner is still working. The person removing it is welcome to take it if wanted; otherwise I would like it brought downstairs so I can dispose of it through council clean-up. I would also be interested in a quote to make the window usable again afterwards, including fitting a flyscreen if this is something you can do.
