Job Title Wardrobe Dismantle & Plaster Patching (Upstairs) - DISPOSAL OPTIONAL Description Looking for a handy person or carpenter to completely dismantle a built-in wardrobe system from an upstairs bedroom and patch holes left in the drywall. Waste Disposal is OPTIONAL. Please provide a price breakdown in your offer: Base Price: Dismantle wardrobe, carry pieces downstairs, patch walls (leave materials stacked on-site). Add-on Price: Fully load and legally dispose of all materials offsite. The wardrobe is approx. 2.97m long. Scope of Work: Dismantle & Move On-Site: Carefully remove 3 floor-to-ceiling sliding mirror doors and their top/bottom tracks. Safely carry mirror panels down 1 flight of stairs; stack neatly on the ground floor. Strip out internal white melamine shelving, upright partition panels, and drawer runners. Note: Internal framing is nailed directly into walls/floor, not screwed. Please use a pry/crowbar to minimise drywall damage. Stack all timber neatly. Drywall Patching: Patch and flush-repair the rectangular drywall cutout/hole shown next to the skirting board in file. Patch any holes or surface tears left behind by framing nails. Optional Disposal: If selected, remove all timber, tracks, and mirror glass from the property. Requirements: Bring own tools (pry bars, track removal tools). Supply own plastering/drywall patching compounds. Must be physically capable of safely moving large mirror panels down stairs.

Note the updated task. We have reassessed this task now that we saw some of the scratches come off with gumption. The main issue is the cupboard in the entrance (scruffs, but no indents on the wall that need filling). For consistency, the closet will need a paint job. See the first two pictures. The second job is the entrance door. Removal of device damaged the paint, and our dog who made some scratches on the middle section. This door will need to be painted. These are pictures three and four. The potential third job based on your assessment on the day, and upon cost, will be the door to our bedroom and a corner on the bathtub. The dog made some scratches and the marks are superficial. We would like to know what is possible to do to address this.
