Hot water issue: Hot water is available from the kitchen tap, but the other taps are only getting lukewarm water or no hot water at all\.

Bathroom taps are leaking, probably just need washers replaced. 2 bathrooms so 4 taps but might as well do the mixer in kitchen also as preventative.

I can supply the skip to dispose of the garbage, and I have a rake that you can use, but I would need the person doing the work to provide a leaf blower and any other equipment required to complete the work. The root of the tree stumps need to be removed, not just the actual stump that is sticking out of the ground.
